Germany attacker Lukas Podolski has stressed that the Euro 2008 finalists are determined to go all the way at next year s European Championships.
Joachim Loew s men sit top of the table in Group A of the Euro 2012 qualification campaign with 27 points from nine games.
The imperious performance in qualifying has already seen the Germans qualify for next year s tournament in Poland and Ukraine, and they are brimming with confidence according to Koln forward Podolski.
Our aim is to win the European Championship title next year, Podolski told Sport1. We really want to do it after coming so close in recent tournaments.
Looking ahead to Tuesday s final qualifier against Belgium in Dusseldorf, Podolski added that Germany are keen to maintain their 100 percent qualifying record.
We are only looking at ourselves and not who can come second. Our aim is 10 wins from 10 games, he said.
We want to win. We have developed a lot in recent years and we are very consistent and stable. That is why we win such games so clearly.
